  • Perform trade matching with brokers
  • Monitoring and following up on missing trade confirmation
  • Timely processing of securities trades in adherence to regulatory requirements including Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Notes, Mutual Funds and Derivatives
  • Liaise with custodian to ensure timely and accurate settlement in market
  • To investigate any trade discrepancies or failing trades with Middle Office and Counterparties
  • Handle the funding of settlements cash account and instructing payment to counterparties for trades
  • Investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks highlighted by the reconciliations team
  • Handling email enquiries and requests from Front Office and other business units
  • Perform UAT for system enhancement
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned


Qualifications
  • Polytechnic Diploma or University degree with 1 to 5 years of experience in private bank operations
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Computer skills or knowledge of VBA or SQL coding will be advantageous
  • Meticulous and a good team player
  • Versatile and highly adaptable
  • Able to work and deliver under time pressure
