SSC - Manager/Supervisor

Our client is a leading multinational corporation with a strong foothold in APAC area. With a stable yet year-on-year growth, they have increasing needs in ensuring that the company's operations and growth are in fully supported by the backend operations and processes. As a result, they are now looking for a Manager/Senior Manager with a key focus on setting up their SSC for APAC.


about the role

Reporting to the CFO and APAC MD and working closely with the Head of Operations, you will take an anchoring role in the set up of the SSC and oversee the monthly close across the range of processes and to identify process improvement opportunities. Your coverage will be ranging from the overall finance strategy, large scale finance process and organisation redesign, shared services centre implementation/enhancement, finance performance management, including the strategic planning on the setting up of shared service centre and taking the project lead role in driving the overall process and execution.

You should have solid experience in stakeholder management and ensure customer satisfaction are at high standard. Experience in setting up SSC or process improvement is key to the role.


skills and experience required

• 7+ years of solid experience in handling finance transformation projects, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Hands on exposure on the setting up of shared service centre
• A well-rounded person who can demonstrate the technical skills, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent presentation skills, assertive, confident and with a strong ability in influencing and convincing other
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Professional accounting and finance qualifications (CPA, HKICPA, CFA, etc.)
