Description

The Graduate Recruitment Consultant role will involve three sections including:

Engaging with clients:

• Building relationships with growing SME organisations and maintaining relationships with large multinationals
• Initiating contact with clients through business development calls, networking & face to face meetings
• Identifying decision makers & pitching for business with key stake holders within client organisations
• Prioritising leads and problem solving to find ways of generating revenue

Engaging with Candidates:

• Identifying and attracting potential candidates
• Meeting with analysing candidates suitability
• Maintaining regular contact to ensure an understanding of candidate availability and situations
• Supporting candidates by managing their expectations and negotiating on their behalves.
• The candidates work within the Financial Services or as accountants

Engaging with Colleagues:

• Working as part of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectively
• Collaborating to achieve success in business development & revenue generation
• Internally network & building your personal credibility and brand
• Consistently achieving KPI Targets and revenue generation goals
