Description

Key Responsibilities MI Analyst:

  • Provide accurate Management Information to stakeholders ensuring reports are produced and delivered on time
  • Provide accurate and effective analytical interpretation of the raw data
  • Provide trend analysis to meet the business and client needs, identifying opportunities to drive changes that help transform claim outcomes
  • Through data analysis, identify opportunities to set the client apart from their competitors
  • Keep up to date with system, analytical and technical developments
  • Identify and introduce methods to update, simplify, and enhance reporting processes, procedures and technologies

Profile

Skills and Experience for MI Analyst:


  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence in using and interpreting numerical data
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Knowledge of relevant data protection requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel adn VBA
  • Experience with creating Tableau Dashboards would be advantageous
  • Good communicator and able to manage and liaise with key stakeholders
  • The ability to act with pace to deliver high standards on time
  • Make timely decisions with short term impact and support others to make decisions
  • Delivers consistent results in times of uncertainty, setting a clear example to the team
