Our client is a fast growing and acquisitive services business that has recently received private equity investment, with ambitious plans for further growth.
As part of this they are seeking to appoint an interim CFO (initially c6months) who will help prepare the business for this next exciting phase. There is potential for the appointment to become permanent for the right individual.
Joining a highly experienced and successful management team, the interim CFO will help support the business with its commercial decision making and transition to private equity ownership.
Leading a small but very capable finance team, it will help establish the infrastructure and MI required for further extensive growth and assist in the evaluation of further potential acquisitions.
Suitable candidates will have experience within fast moving and dynamic environments, and have experience of working within a private equity backed business.
