Day to day duties include:
- Ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of credit control and sales ledger
- Recovering large amounts of outstanding debts
- Monitoring of Aged Receivables to identify potential late payments and credit limit exceeds
- Bringing payments forward when required to keep customers within agreed credit limit
- Chasing late payments directly with customers
- Creating, reviewing and supplying reporting requirements within agreed time format and in line with expectations
- Communicating and working closely with Sales regarding any payment or collection issues
- Handling a high volume of phone calls
The Successful candidate will ideally have:
- A vast knowledge of credit control and sales ledger
- Strong systems experience including MS Excel and SAP
