Debt Recovery Advisors
Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG5 1AE
Salary: Up to £20k, DOE + performance related bonus - realistic OTE £26k
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

We have exciting career opportunities for a Debt Recovery Advisors to join us on a full time employed basis.
Job Role:
You will be responsible for the collection of outstanding debts to the business from customers whilst adhering to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines and aiming to provide a fair service to all of our debtors.
* You will be responsible for your own accounts, this is an account management role
* Regular contact via email, SMS and phone calls.
* Make high volume of outbound calls whilst managing your share of inbound calls
* You will be dealing with customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
* Update our company CRM clearly
Skills and Experience:
The right candidate must have a polite yet firm telephone manner; positive can-do attitude & a competitive nature whereby they are willing to go the extra mile.
* Strong organisation skills
* Excellent relationship management skills
* Experience managing high volumes of outbound and inbound calls
* Ability to deal with customer complaints and queries
* Must have a good command of English language
* Experience of short-term lending and knowledge of FCA regulation is necessary
