Provide course counselling services to prospective students and or their parents through walk-in phone email or live chats on a daily basis Follow-up closely with prospective students and assist them with their queries for possible conversion Participate in the selection process for SIM Student Ambassador Manage SIM Student Ambassador programme to front all recruitment activities and events organized by SIM Be actively involved in any in-house or recruitment events Requirements Bachelor degree Diploma with at least 2 years working experience preferably in a sales marketing business development customer service environment Newly Graduteswho have internship part-time experience in the above mentioned fields are welcomed to apply Good knowledge of customer service and enquiry-handling processes Able to work shift hours 8 30am 5 30pm or 10 30am 7 30pm and on Saturday 9am 1pm when required Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good team player possesses the ability to work with minimum supervision IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications
