Failure Analysis FA Engineer

Responsibilities This position is to be based in China Drive product failure investigation perform product failure analysis from field returns and recommend enhancement to countermeasure root cause failure Responsible to create execute and release Failure Analysis report Provide management and cross functional team with product failure analysis data Develop new lab capabilities based on customers FA analysis requirements Document new failure analysis operating procedures training and certification specs Perform routine instrument preventive maintenance and laboratory housekeeping Ensure that systems and procedures are in compliance with ISO9001 ISO14001 ISO13485 ISO14971 FDA 21CFR Part 820 and OHSAS 18001 requirement Requirements Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent with at least 3-5 years experience in Failure Analysis from electronics manufacturing industry Good knowledge and hands-on experience of sample preparation cross section delayering decapsulation and analytical equipment to perform electrical bench verification curve tracing x-ray inspection SEM EDX analysis die probe fault isolation etc Must have patience be neat and organized with laboratory analytical work Has an inquisitive mind for new knowledge in addition to having excellent analytical skills Strong in quality improvement tools and techniques Posseses excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to speak read and write mandarin fluently to liaise with our mandarin speaking associates Demonstrated team player Knowledge of ISO17025 laboratory management is a plus Occasional travel to United States may be required for training MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN CHINA Interested applicants please submit your application with full details on qualifications experiences and expected remunerations package by clicking on the APPLY NOW button below We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
