About the opportunity

We are currently seeking expressions of interest to join our high-performing team in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Perth across 2019 and 2020. As our ideal candidate you will be or have worked in a Management consulting firm and wanting to take the next step to deepen your experience with a global leader in people advisory services.

In your role you will:
  • Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs;
  • Build client networks and relationships;
  • Use your knowledge and experience to shape our services to meet client problems;
  • Work on challenging projects across a diverse range of issues and industries.
We are currently looking for people with particular experience in:
  • Organisational design, change management and large scale organisational transformation, especially in the design and delivery of these programs, and/or change communications;
  • The design and delivery of HR Operating Models, building the case for HR Transformation with a focus on areas of competitive differentiation, leading or implementing streams of a HR transformation with a focus on client outcomes, or innovative design of leading edge HR solutions;
  • Talent Management - including Executive or leadership coaching and development, employee value proposition, employee engagement, workforce analytics and workforce planning, capability enablement, diversity and inclusiveness, and workforce strategy (retention planning and succession planning);
  • Reward and remuneration advice and design at both the broad-based and executive level, employee equity and incentive schemes, and HR Mergers and Acquisitions.



Skills and attributes for success
  • Exposure to HR business, HR technology or Remuneration advisory related roles within a management consulting organisation;
  • Have experience in large-scale organisation programs or projects;
  • Understanding of HR business challenges and how to improve people and business outcomes;
  • Previous consulting experience is a must - including the ability to engage with external clients, as well as colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshops;
  • Business development/sales experience.
You will also have:
  • Experience writing winning points of view or proposals;
  • Experience leading, coaching and supporting people to be part of high performing teams;
  • Excellent standard of oral and written communication; and
  • Curiosity and desire to challenge the status quo.
