The E2E Program is a strategic cross-business unit, cross-geography collaboration initiative for Deloitte to execute its vision "to be recognized as the pre-eminent multi-disciplinary advisor to the key clients across Asia Pacific".
Opportunities as the E2E Program Manager
- Work closely with the Program Leadership Team, including senior partners and leaders in different business units within the Firm as well as in different geographies across the Asia Pacific region
- Gain a deep understanding of the needs of strategic clients and their corresponding challenges as well as the approach how Deloitte addresses and assists them
- Actively contribute to the development of thought leadership materials
- Enhance familiarity with Deloitte cross-functional / cross-business unit service capabilities across Asia Pacific
- Achieve a broader appreciation of the Firm's leadership, operational and support structure
Work you'll do:
- Supporting the Program Leadership Team in rolling out the E2E Program in various business units and in different geographies
- Preparing high quality, executive level presentations for the leadership, management reporting, external and internal meetings as well as marketing materials relating to the E2E Program
- Developing key messages and content for external and internal communication relating to the E2E Program
- Tracking the progress of various sub-initiatives under the E2E Program in different business units and different geographies and reporting to the Program Leadership Team
- Collaborating with other Deloitte teams, including Global BRI PMO, different business units/functions in China and other geographies, Marketing, Brands & Communications, CSG, Deloitte Research, Industry Programs, etc. in China
- Providing pursuit support on client opportunities
- Supporting in managing special projects and events
- Monitoring the funding budget relating to the Program

Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of working experience, 2-3 of which in sizable organizations or global professional services firms (preferably with experience in Big 4)
- Able to quickly grasp solid understanding of Deloitte's overall functional capabilities, service offerings, tools and methodologies
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Calm and confident and be able to build rapport with colleagues at all levels
- Experience in working with senior executives is a plus
- Exceptional verbal (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) and written communication skills, including executive-level writing experience
- Well-organized, good teamwork
- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadline, and respond to ad hoc requests timely
- Strong multi-tasking skills with attention to details and accuracy
- Innovative and creative thinking
- Consultative mindset, ability to navigate ambiguous circumstances and complex structures
- Strong ability in Microsoft Office suite tools (particularly PowerPoint , Excel and Word)
