The opportunity

We are looking for a Manager within the Advisory team in our Melbourne office. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.

Your key responsibilities

We are looking for self-starters who are passionate, engaged and able to champion best practice performance improvement. Enable our clients to achieve finance solutions for increasingly complex business processes, reducing operational costs, improving the customer experience and increasing speed and agility. In addition to our traditional finance roles, we are also keen to speak to candidates who have Intelligent Automation skills to help clients take robotics out of the 'back office'

Skills and attributes for success
  • Experience working within the finance function or business services functions in Consulting
  • An effective communicator and influencer
  • An interest in digital finance transformation and finance function innovation.
  • Good generalist finance experience and the capability to deal with complex issues.
  • Ideally, you will also have some experience in implementation or program roles on projects implementing SAP Financials or S4/Hana
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Experience working across finance systems
  • A finance and/or an IT orientated tertiary qualification - or an ability to demonstrate equivalent experience gained in the workplace
  • Previous exposure to automation tools (Blueprism, UIPathway or Automation Anywhere)
