What will your typical day look like?
Step into the office, make yourself a cuppa and start your day by working with global clients and your team to create and implement innovation solutions to issues like employee & employer compliance requirements, tax effective remuneration planning and mobility. As a Manager in our GES team, you'll gain enviable exposure to teams such as immigration, employment taxes, equity & rewards, and Global Workforce as well as our broader Tax practice (not to mention great mentors, Directors and Partners in these teams). Pretty neat, right?

About the team
With global growth comes greater employment complexities - that's where we come in. Deloitte Global Employer Services (GES) help multinational corporations navigate multifaceted tax laws and labour regulations. Combining tax research and data analytics, we give advice on global compensation, Visa and work permits, employment taxes and policy design for international assignments.

You are someone with:

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills with a talent for translating complex concepts in simple terms
  
• Broad, but deep expertise in expatriate tax & mobility having worked in this area within a professional services environment or in an industry role with a tax background
  
• Constant motivation to contribute to innovation and improve on best practices
  
• Experience in successfully delivering analytically driven insights
  
• A keen eye for talent and a passion for developing and nurturing high-performing teams
