Duties
• Ensuring debtor balances are within agreed budgeted levels
• Chasing for payment via phone and email, working to strict collection targets
• Dealing with client queries
• Cash allocations and reconciliations
• Reporting debtor balances to the Finance Controller
The successful candidate will have:
• Previous credit control experience (with high volumes)
• Successful track record of cash collections
• Ability to work with different levels and teams within the business
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
• Experience working to tight deadlines and targets
• Demonstrable problem solving skills, and ability to use own initiative to suggest solutions
• Strong organisational and time management skills
