We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller - Italian Speaking, to join our busy and expanding team in our head office in Bilston.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller - Italian Speaking, to join our busy and expanding team in our head office in Bilston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting accounts receivable
- Liaising with Cash apps to confirm customer payments and correct allocations
- Maintaining the accounts receivable ledger
- Processing sundry invoices and credit note requests
- Managing credit holds on orders available for shipment
- Working within agreed credit limits
- Liaising with Internal departments to ensure maximum customer experience
- Working within internal credit control procedures
- Managing accounts receivable problems with internal and external customers
- Customer account reconciliations
Profile
A fluent Italian speaker ideally with some finance or strong administration experience

REQUIREMENTS
-Excellent time management skills.
-Able to manage the invoice and cash posting of all transactions to the AR ledger
-Able to communicate with internal and external customers in a professional and appropriate manner
-Able to function in a target driven environment and deliver OTIF
-Full understanding of all AR duties
-Excellent knowledge of local cultures and working practices
-Understanding of local legislations with regard to countries under their remit
-Team player
-Able to apply business requirements in a practical manner.
