About the role:

The National Partner Services team administers the firm's tax along with partner tax compliance, partner corporate compliance and all matters in relation to partner payroll, partner insurance and admissions and retirements of partners. Our Team is growing, and services the Deloitte business nationally, with some international exposure.

As part of the tax team, you will work with a diverse range of internal clients to become a trusted advisor in delivering solutions to your clients. You will work with a globally competitive, reputable firm with access to world class thought leadership. Reporting to the Director you will be involved in:
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to a large number of family groups
  • Managing the tax compliance lodgements for your portfolio
  • Providing specialist tax advice and planning
  • Delegating and monitoring workflow
  • Mentoring upcoming talent in the team
  • Review of financial accounts and tax returns for a variety of entities
  • Assist Directors/Senior Managers with complex tax advisory projects
About you:

You will have strong communication skills with a passion for delivering superior customer service. You have exceptional attention to detail and capable of working in a fast paced environment.

To be successful you will also require:
  • Experience in managing a tax compliance program
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of Australian accounting and tax laws
  • Be CAANZ or CPA qualified
  • Have extensive experience in a business services role or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
