We are recruiting a GDPR Analyst to join our exciting Santander Milton Keynes Office. As our GDPR Analyst, you will provide support to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), ensuring that BDP data is used/reported/ loaded or deleted correctly. While communicating and resolving Data quality issues that could impact the project.
What Will You be Doing?
• Putting data quality at the centre of all decisions.
• Review and improve existing processes to support the integrity of customer data in Partenon.
• Identify data quality analysis and initiatives to support dependant projects.
• Development and monitoring of customer data controls to meet operational / regulatory requirements
• To investigate, resolve, track and report incidents raised
• To track and report any data cleansing activity required to support GDPR.
• Responsibility for reconciliation and sign off for data mappings / data sources used in migrations/projects.
• Responsibility for ensuring quality and currency of any BDP data source referenced by migrations/projects.

Skills & Experience required:
Essential
• Experience of customer databases.
• Experience in analysing and reconciling large volumes of customer data.
• Technical ability - SQL, complex macros, advanced MS Access skills etc.
• Proficiency and experience in analysing customer data (including the use of SQL, MS Excel and MS Access).
• Experience in using advanced level of Microsoft suite of programs (e.g. Excel, Access, Word, and Powerpoint).
• Problem solving skills in order to investigate and rectify customer data.
• Flexible and able to work with other areas of the business especially IT.
• Ability to provide recommendations for process/procedural changes.
Desirable
• Financial Service experience.
• Previous customer migration experience.
• Understanding or project methodology
