You have a background in and are skilled in leading a team of people and hold an understanding of Australian Tax advisory.

- Lead interactions with clients and confidently deliver advice. Provide considered views on areas of technical uncertainty, demonstrating a clear understanding of clients' commercial circumstances
- Manage the timely delivery of multiple projects leveraging junior resources to ensure project profitability is maximised
- Review detailed, technical documentation (reports, memos etc.) and provide feedback to junior team members in a way that enables them to learn and develop their tax technical skills
- Identify new opportunities for revenue growth from existing and prospective clients, through developing relationships with relevant client/target stakeholders
