About the RoleSula Vineyards is seeking to hire a Chief Financial Officer, based in Mumbai, who will ensure that Sula has the appropriate financial systems, processes, and controls in place to make a successful transition to it's next phase of growth.As the CFO you will work closely with the CEO, COO, and the Board of Directors tooversee both the strategic finance and operational finance requirements of thebusiness. The CFO will further develop Sula's existing team of financeprofessionals and grow the team where needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Planning and Strategy:

- Lead the process to ensure Sula has the appropriate financial systems, processes and controls required for a public listing.
- Support to create and execute the company's 5-year expansionroad map together with key executives of the organization

• Operational Finance Leadership:

- Formulation of the annual budget and ensuring regular tracking ofvariance and appropriate course correction.
- Manage over all operational taxation and treasury activities.
- Streamline and execute on effective collection mechanisms.

• Team Development

- Develop and oversee a high performing finance and accountingfunction, and ensure systems and controls that reflect "bestpractice" financial processes.
- Build, manage and coach a team of finance professionals tosupport the growth of the organisation.

• Stakeholder Management

- Own and manage external financial relationships, includingrelationships with auditors, banks, analysts, investors and advisors.

Does this sound like you?Must haves

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• A track record of achievement across more than 10 years of experience in
• senior finance roles at reputed organisations.
• Experience in IPO process (in India or abroad), with exposure to ensuring
• compliance with regulatory requirements, capital structuring
• Experience managing senior external stakeholders, driven by strong
• presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred

• An MBA degree in Finance
• Experience working in the FMCG or Manufacturing sectors
• Previous experience with Mergers & Acquisitions
• International work experience.
