Located in London's West End, our client is a leading property & hotel investment company who, due to international growth, are looking for a Finance Analyst to join their accountancy team.

Description

Located in London's West End, our client is looking for a Finance Analyst with responsibility for the following duties:

Preparation of the Quarterly Management Accounts for required entities;
Preparation of Quarterly Consolidated Board Pack (by 20th of following month);
Assistance with preparing unaudited annual financial statements for trading and non-trading entities;
Assisting department heads with preparing financial modelling and strategy through the combining of internal analysis with external research;
Assistance with preparing year-end packs, reconciliations and schedules for the auditors and tax advisors;
Review of VAT returns prepared by AA;
Preparing budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections for entities;
Assistance in streamlining accounting system and implementing new management account efficiencies;
Assistance in adhoc queries/requests;
Provide cover/ad-hoc assistance to AA for bookkeeping and payment runs/company statutory information;
Preparation of Hotel Feasibility Studies.

Profile

The successful candidate will be ACCA or CIMA Part-Qualified or Finalist level, with Management Accounting and Analytical experience

Previous property, hotel or investment experience would be desirable

Job Offer

Salary of £35,000 - £45,000
