What will your typical day look like?

As a qualified lawyer with a practising certificate you will have a real passion for delivering innovative solutions to complex issues for our Global clients. Play an integral role in growing our equity practice and have the opportunity to leverage both your legal and tax expertise.

You will also:

• Draft options and share plans, offer documents, trust documents, including drafting documents from first principle
  
• Provide advise around complex issues such as Securities law / Corporations law / ASX affecting option and share schemes (executive and broad based)
  
• Be proactive in the development of templates

You are someone with:

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with extensive experience in conveying and communicating complex analytical concepts in simple terms
  
• Providing advice on Securities law / Corporations law and ASX requirements
  
• A deep understanding of Taxation of ESS (Section 83A of the ITAA 97)
  
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively toward common goals and past experience in successfully delivering analytically driven insights
