Structured Trade & Commodity Finance - Collateral Management ,Middle Office (Manager)

Job Responsibilities

Support front office in the business of Structured Trade & Commodity Finance.
Participate in the initial structuring of credit facilities with the relevant front office and ensure a correct fit within the various operational structures of the Bank
Manage daily transactions and collaterals in accordance with MO's established guideline and procedure and ensure that all credit facilities are attended to promptly, and in accordance with the approved credit terms and conditions, including monitoring of mark-to-market price movements and margin calls
Alerts the relevant front office and credit departments for any transactional irregularity and/or deviation
Serves as the focal point for Structured Trade & Commodity Finance clients except for matters pertaining to back office processing
Prepares periodic reports such as daily transaction report, mark-to-market report, industry limit report for oil and gas sector, etc
Timely execution of all transactions and other operation instructions to business supporting units, and to follow up, where necessary, on the execution
Update, review and development of Policies and Procedures

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Structured Trade & Commodity Finance and Collateral Management Agreement
Experienced in Trade Finance back office or Structured Trade & Commodity Finance Middle Office
Experienced in performing facility checking, transaction checking, processing and risk assessment independently
