Manager Accounts / Taxation

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
Establish/Restructure Chart of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current Information technology.
Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations
Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports
Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for the Company
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate and personnel income tax and GST returns
Act as the key point of contact and support for taxation matters
Liaise and Manage external tax authorities and consultants
Review current and deferred tax provision
Advise Head of Finance about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecast.
Interact with company banking and financial partners.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
