My client is a well established manufacturing business based in Pontypool. This organisation are doing really well at the moment and looking to strengthen their finance team for a period of 9 months+
Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant/Business Accountant is a newly created roe to strengthen the team.
Working alongside the management and cost accountant, the business accountant will be responsible for;
- Monthly KPI reporting
- Month end management accounts production
- process improvement - making processes leaner
- reporting variances to budgets
- business partnering with non finance managers
- developing ways to streamline profit and cost efficiencies
Profile
You will be a fully qualified Accountant or qbe
You will have gained similar experience in the manufacturing sector.
You will have great IT skills including a high level of Excel.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills
Substantial experience of Management Accounting.
