Sales Accounting Supervisor

The Sales Accounting Supervisor will primarily focus on: Motivating and guiding the team Ensuring all invoices are completely, accurately and promptly posted as well as updated to the relevant customers' accounts within 24 hours of delivery Ensuring all products dispatched per driver are reconciled Checking bank lodgements for completeness and accuracy Generating reports that reflect the day's transactions Ensuring credit notes are prepared and updated to the relevant customers' accounts Taking the approved corrective actions where breaches of the approved Standard Operating Procedures occur In order to perform these duties to the highest level the ideal candidate will possess: Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to communicate with persons at all levels A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking, Business Administration or related field At least 3 year's experience in Accounting or Audit Management in a supervisory role Strong working knowledge of current changes in Accounting Standards & Principles Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work on shifts Excellent computer skills Great attention to details
