Description

A newly created opportunity work as an Accountant for this great public sector organisation with a great culture and benefits package. Key areas of delivery will include:

• Ensuring all balance sheet accounts are reconciled with any variances investigated and resolved promptly.
• You'll work collaboratively with the business to provide expert guidance on preparing year-end analysis and any relevant analysis in line with accounting policies to support auditing efforts, and to support the team with the production of statutory accounts & year-end tax packs.
• Additionally you'll work closely with the Business Partnering team in respect of detailed financial information.

Profile

Successful candidates will be Qualified in CIMA, ACCA or ACA level with a working practical knowledge as an Accountant of all accounting functions including purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll, cash and banking, nominal ledger and stock.
