Senior Loss Adjustor

Our client provides loss adjusting services to insurers linked to energy risk on a global basis. They use their specialist expertise to ensure complex claims and risk assessments are handled in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

This role will see the successful candidate investigate and report on Property claims within the renewable energy sector, reporting on route cause, best price for repairs, replacements and salvage where possible. There will be considerable travel throughout the UK and Europe with the Head Office based in London. You will also act as a point of referral for more junior members of staff, advising on complex cases, allocation of new losses, day one reserve setting and quality assurance,

Candidates must have a proven track record investigating, reporting and settlement of Property claims, preferably emanating from the Energy sector (ideally renewables) with on-site visits and investigations being a must. Adjusting experience within the construction sector will be considered. Candidates with a good understanding of engineering and electrical risks will also be beneficial, as is team leadership/ management experience.
