Based in Surrey, with an upcoming move further south in the near future, the Head of Finance joins the Senior Management Team of an organisation coming out of a period of change at Executive level with a new financial strategy set. The main responsibilities for the role are to:
*Provide expert leadership to the Finance function, ensuring KPIs are met and professional development is continued at all
*Develop and implement a sound financial strategy to accompany the organisation's newly created business plan
*Oversee the organisation's financial systems, and to develop and maintain those systems to align with the new business plan
*Take responsibility for the production of monthly management accounts, rolling cashflow forecasts and consolidated statutory accounts
*Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
As an organisation with a significant number of members around the country, they operate highly commercially and are proud of their "work hard, play hard" attitude. With low staff turnover and attractive working hours with some flexibility to work from home, this role will appeal to committed candidates who wish to provide value to an organisation taking a new step in its history.
