Scope of work
• Handles full set of accounts (F&B)
• Performs data entries, prepare and assist in day in day-to-day operation in accounting
• Prepares GST returns
• Handles petty cash
• Prepares monthly financial reports
• Prepares prepaid and accrual schedules, fixed assets register and bank reconciliation
• Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll processing
• Update and maintenance of staff data
• Handle work pass application, renewal, cancellation and other related matters
• Process NSMen, Maternity/ChildCare/Parental, SDL claims and other statutory reports such as labour survey, etc.
• Recruitment administration
• Ensure compliance of all statutory and tax requirements of all legal entities by liaising and coordinating with various parties such as auditors, tax agents, government authorities, etc.
