Finance Analyst

Our client a very well recognised business and "Household Name" are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst - Sales Controlling to join the team in Farnborough, Hampshire.

With ambitions for growth that require our proactive Financial Controlling team to help meet and support these exciting challenges. This role will play a pivotal part in our success; you will develop insightful management reporting and qualitative variance analysis to ensure both our profitability and volume targets are achieved. This role would suit someone with strong analytical skills and a commercial mind-set

*Challenge, assist and partner with our Commercial team to ensure their activity is sustainable and aligned with the expectations of HQ

*Co-ordinate and develop the monthly sales reporting pack to be delivered to the Executive committee and Senior Management team

*Develop, maintain and report from our financial planning management system to allow for appropriate steering of our sales activity

*Review Customer Profitability, both at inception and in life. Challenging commercial, where required, against target performance

*Build and maintain effective working and influencing relationships throughout the business, and across the broader Group

*Other ad-hoc reporting as required by the business

Description

• Part Qualified / Finalist or equivalent with commercial experience in a dynamic organisation

• Knowledge of pricing methodologies

• Analytical and objective approach to problem solving to support Business Strategy

• Ability to convert complex financials into easily understandable key point summaries

• Excellent data manipulation Skills

• Ability to deal with and present to staff at all levels within the local organisation

Profile

Job Offer

Salary £35,000 - £42,000, Bonus of 12%, Fully Expensed and Paid for Car including Insurance. 27 days holiday, Excellent Pension Scheme, Flexible working hours
