Wealth Management Trainee , Graduate Entry Level

The Company:

An established Wealth Management firm. Specialising in Ultra High Net Worth and Investment Management.

The Role:

This Wealth Management Trainee role reports into a Senior Wealth Manager, and will suit a recent 2.1 graduate who is keen to develop a career longer term within Wealth Management and Investment Management.

The Wealth Management Trainee will support the Wealth Executives & Wealth Managers in their daily roles.

Provide technical support to the Wealth Management team and Private Clients.

Generation private client documentation, performance reports & capital gains taxation calculations.

Preparation of rebalance sheets for client portfolios prior to review meetings.

Assist with private client meeting preparation, then the summary documentation/action items post meetings.

The Wealth Management trainee will liaise with internal and external clients, including the client services team internally and platform/service providers externally.

Creation & maintenance of client files, ensuring that they are compliant.

The Candidate

Must have a 2:1 degree (minimum) from ideally a subject requiring mathematics or financial knowledge, economics, investment management.

Must have a strong interest in pursuing a career within Wealth Management. Internship experience would be a real plus!

Strong numerical & analytical skills with close attention to detail.

Able to present, research & package information concisely.

Assertive, tactful, trustworthy & diplomatic in order to maintain confidentiality

Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Able to converse well on all levels.

A team player who can prioritise own workload & assist others where necessary.
