Gap Professional operating as an employment agency are currently recruiting for a permanent Finance Assistant to work in Yeovil for a market leading manufacturing company.
The working hours are 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday and the salary is £20,000-£26,000pa dependant on experience.
The role is to join the well-established finance team in a varied role, duties will include:
* Sales ledger – invoices, credits, staff sales payments
* Transport Report
* Ownership and Reconciliation of Cold Store reports
* Sales Reports and Returns
* Provide Support to the Assistant Financial Accountant for Weekly’s and other projects
* Involvement in Cash Collection from Vending Machines and Canteen
* Purchase Orders and assistance in Purchase Order Projects
* Cover for Set up PLU’s, meter readings
We are seeking a team player, someone positive and down to earth who would like to work for a friendly market leading employer.

Experience required:
Sales Ledger Experience
AAT or equivalent would be beneficial
High level of accuracy
Can do attitude
Familiar with working to strict deadlines and under pressure
Excel skills
