Travel & Expenses Administrator

We are currently looking for recruit a Travel & Expense Administrator to be responsible for the running and administration of SIG’s company credit card scheme, employee expenses and travel systems.

What does the role involve?

Following the introduction of Concur and Clarity as our two new expenses and travel systems, the Travel & Expense Administrator will assist in managing the expenses and travel process, provide customer support and ensure compliance to our stakeholders including HMRC. As the T&E Administrator, you will also ensure Company Credit Cards and employee payments will be transacted and ensure the efficient processing of claims, employee payments and reporting.
You will be expected to look for continual process and system improvements to streamline activities and increase accuracy of results and carry out any reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall Cashiers function as requested by line manager.
The Concur expenses system is also due to roll out into Germany and France, so the team will be required to support in the roll out and establish a network of support around all countries to act as champions to ensure the system is used effectively.
We are seeking someone who is adaptable, self-motivated and a strong team player. You will have strong IT skills, be able to work in a team and have some knowledge of a finance function to help understand your workload.
