Description
Key responsibilities:
- Entering receipts and payments where required
- Bank Reconciliation
- Coding invoices and posting to purchase ledger
- Payment runs
- Liaising with internal members of staff regularly
- Accruals
- Prepayments
- Preparing VAT returns
- Reviewing profit and loss accounts for anomalies
- Managing Credit Control and Sales Ledger
Profile
The successful candidate:
- AAT qualified or relevant experience
- Worked up to trial balance
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and determined mentality
