Our client is a leading Media company located in London's West End. Due to an acquisition, an opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable to join their busy accountancy team.

Description

Located in London's West End, our client is looking for an Accounts Payable with responsibility for the following duties;

Invoice processing (100 per week)
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of weekly payment runs
Participation in Royalty payment runs
Ensure accurate posting of payments, clearing of vendors and FX differences
Vendor master data creation through shared services
Posting and subsequent clearing of Direct Debits
Reconciling and posting of AMEX and other large accounts
Monitor IVS workflows and approvals
Vendors statement reconciliation
Monitor AP email accounts and timely query resolution
Aged Creditors reporting
Producing appropriate reports on a periodic basis

Profile

The successful candidate will have previous Accounts Payable experience, ideally within a media/entertainment environment.

Job Offer

Salary of £20,000-£25,000
