This private equity backed business is national, growing exponentially by acquisition and known for its high performing finance team

Description

- Leading the month-end, quarter-end year-end reporting

- Lead the production of statutory accounts UKGAAP / FRS102 ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and current legislation and submission to HMRC

- Support the Head of Financial Reporting

- Support the implementation of Company policies, procedures, processes and initiatives. Assists in the maintenance of financial procedures file and ensures that all financial processes are adhered to within the department

- Perform detailed balance sheet reviews and ensure control and clarity of balance sheet accounts

- Constantly review and update financial procedures for the Group

Profile

- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

- Working knowledge of UKGAAP (FRS102)

- Critical thinking

- Experience owning the group reporting processes in multi-entity environment
