Our client is a leading multi-site Leisure and Retail company located in the West End of London, close to Oxford Circus. Due to substantial growth, an opportunity has arisen for an iTrent Payroll Manager to join their team.

Description
Located in London's West End, our client is looking for an iTrent Payroll Manager with responsibility for the following duties;
* Prepare and process the monthly UK payroll for circa. 600 employees, including overtime, allowances, new starter inputs, leaver calculations, pension and HMRC reporting;
* Monitor the accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions and terminations
* Pay employees by processing calculation of Gross to Net pay and managing the production of payslips and electronic transfers to bank accounts;
* Prepare journals and reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave,
* Balance the payroll accounts by settling payroll deductions and reconciling and resolving payroll discrepancies;
* Provide payroll information by answering reasonable questions and requests;
* Comply with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation and advising colleagues on actions required;
* Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements
* Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
* Administer benefit plans
* Compile data from payroll sources
* Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
* Prepare and review payroll account reconciliations
* Oversee the maintenance of current employee data systems (new starters, changes, leavers)
* Support all internal and external audits related to payroll
* Interpret new legislation impacting payroll
* Other HR/Payroll duties
