Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of the sales ledger.

• Daily bank posting and reconciliations.

• Ensuring client receipts are correctly allocated to invoices.

• Identifying incorrect postings and correcting where necessary.

• Reconciling sub-ledger to nominal control account on a monthly basis.

• Updating bad debt provision and policy.

• Maintaining customer records.

• Assisting with year end processes.

• Ensuring efficient and timely collection of outstanding invoices.

• Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Reporting monthly KPI's, including debtor levels across the business.

• Preparing client statements.

• Controlling the collection of monthly direct debits & monthly credit cards.

• Maintaining a strong relationship with external collection agents.

• Monthly revenue reconciliation.

• Checking VAT has correctly been included on invoices.

• Ensuring 100% accuracy of client data across systems, including invoicing, contact and billing details.

• Billing advance contracts at closed won stage and ensuring effective collection.

• Monthly billing checks, including creation of manual invoices where applicable.

• Is a self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Is analytically minded and a logical thinker.

• Has excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent Excel skills (Vlook ups & Pivots).
