I am currently recruiting for a Service Charge Officer for a 12 month FTC for a well established Housing Association based in Central London
Client Details
Our client is one of the largest Housing Associations in the UK and are looking for a Service Charge Officer for an immediately starting 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Description
The role of Service Charge Officer will involve;
- Assisting the Service Charge Accounting Manager in maintaining all service charge records
- Maintaining the ledger
- Liaising with the leasehold team
- Assist in the preparation of the annual service charge budgets
Profile
Our client is looking for a Service Charge Officer with;
- Extensive Service Charge experience
- Knowledge / experience of working within a Housing Association
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills (vlook ups, pivot tables)
- Availability to start immediately
