A well established company, with a dynamic working environment, are recruiting a Payroll Manager to join their team.
Description
As a Payroll Manager, you will be reporting into the Finance Director, responsible for managing a team of payroll administrators and the delivery of an outstanding payroll service.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: managing a team of direct, and indirect reports; overseeing processing of starters, leavers, etc; ensure payroll compliance; resolve and respond to payroll queries; manage payroll audits; responsible for 121s and appraisals.

The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of managing a payroll function - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills - Essential
