The Grant Thornton Graduate Programme

Joining as a graduate, you’ll complete a comprehensive induction programme which is further enhanced by regular technical and business skills training. We offer in class learning opportunities through our dedicated training facility - the Grant Thornton Academy. You will be given the opportunity to drive your own career through our unique Trainee Progression System, a self-application system that allows you to progress at your own pace. We also offer structured and focused exam tutorials and mock exams for professional examinations during the programme, exposure to a variety of clients and industries, the potential to work abroad and the opportunity to work and learn from some of the best people in the industry.
