The client is a large housing charity based in Leeds City Centre who are looking to expand their finance department with a talented management accountant / finance business partner looking to partner with a transforming business.
Description
As a Finance Business Partner you will be reporting into the Financial Controller, your duties will include, however are not limited to: Partner with Heads of and senior managers to provide commercial insight and technical financial skills, Support the business areas to deliver growth initiatives, process improvement, margin enhancement and commercial opportunities.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified accountant
- Be able to challenge senior stakeholders / budget holders
- Be able to provide sound, commercial advice
- Have completed a full set of management accounts
Job Offer
Competitive salary up to £39,000 + 25 days holiday (increasing on service up to 30 days) (+ bank holidays) + up to 9% matched pension
