You are an experienced finance business partner to a leading Asia Pacific MD and group of regionally based business heads from a strategic Finance perspective and drive improvements from the finance function - delivering process and change optimisation strategy, remote team management and ensuring KPIs are met by developing metrics and measurement, ensuring all business priorities are serviced.
Supporting Key Stakeholders across the business to understand their budgeting, planning and cost responsibilities
Challenging the organisation, driving change and engagement through great people management
Using your expert internal and stakeholder networking skills to identify business challenges and become a trusted business partner
You delivered qualified finance perspective around business development using commercial acumen and in-depth experience within previous role at a similar level
Candidate essential experience
Possess strong understanding of finance and cashflow management including treasury within a contract revenue or Work In Progress (WIP) business model

Candidate essential experience
- Degree qualified in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in Professional Services Workforce Management, Recruitment or Global Consulting business
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven Technical Finance capability through experience or the ACA qualification
- Strategic, forward thinking, solutions focused and thrive in ambiguity
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving and process design skills
- Able to translate analysis into actions that meet business objectives
Possess strong understanding of finance and cashflow management including treasury within a contract revenue or Work In Progress (WIP) business model
