Senior Consultant, Corporate Recovery

We have availability in our Corporate Recovery team as Senior Consultant role, responsible to handle matters in relation to insolvency, recovery, restructuring and forensics, which include but not limit to: -

• Providing advice and solution on insolvency and forensic engagements
• Investigating company affairs, to conduct on-going assessment
• Implement and monitor closely on the restructuring plans
• Carrying out all statutory duties as required by Law, handle report filling to relevant authorities
• Negotiating with creditors, client and agent, solicitors and any other third party
• Review and advice on liability and recoverability issues of engagement files
• Responsible in credit restructuring and providing a reasonable recovery strategy on outstanding balance of loan
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports on the strategy and progression of action taken on the portfolios

Essential Qualification and Skills: -

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Commerce/ Law or equivalent
• Minimum three (3) years related working experience
• Candidate from Accounting and Law firm is welcome
• Proactive, result-oriented, strong personalities and good communication in English
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
