Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a world-renowned manufacturing business in the search for a Commercial Finance Manager as they embark on their next phase of growth, based on the outskirts of Southampton.
Managing a team of Analysts, this role will Business Partner with the Directors across multiple departments, helping make strong strategic, commercial and operational contributions to the success the business. As well as this, you will play an influential role in the budgeting & forecasting process and will be the Finance Lead on cost negotiations and product development. There will also be a need to provide financial analysis to support decision making in areas such as customer acquisition, pricing and promotions.
The successful applicant will be a commercially astute, qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with demonstrable Business Partnering experience. You will also have strong data consolidation and modelling abilities which will aid decision making and have prior exposure to working in a fast-moving business.
