The suitable candidate will be responsible for processing payrolls for some of the biggest and best companies in Ireland.

Dublin
Our Client, a leading organisation within the technology and consultancy sector within the UK and Ireland, is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team on a full time, permanent basis in Dublin. The suitable candidate will be responsible for processing payrolls for some of the biggest and best companies in Ireland.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR and Payroll representatives in a managed service setting
- Achieving set SLAs and working in line with statements of service
- Prioritising payroll queries, requests and issues
- Processing end to end payrolls e.g. payslips, posting to accounting, revenue reporting
- Full responsibility for personnel administration, data processing and controls
- Processing year end reconciliations and legislative reporting
- Providing support to customers and their employees on all payroll related matters
- Assisting with the implementation and testing of new payroll groups
Skills and experience:
- Proven knowledge (1 year+) of Payroll processes, policies and regulations
- Knowledge of PAYE
- Familiarity ROS and EFT processes
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good teamwork skills
- Able to work well under pressure
