Credit Controller
Our client, a FTSE 100 firm, are seeking a Credit Controller on an initial 6 month contract to start ASAP.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3 years within credit control to gain valuable experience in a large global company.
Responsibilities
* Making a high volume of phone calls to customers to Identify root cause of the items holding up payment and recommend corrective actions to resolve disputes.
* Work with colleagues in Sales, Customer Services and Finance to ensure they are aware of actions needing to take place and support those actions where necessary to accelerate collection of the debt
* Maintain records and a transparent audit trail of actions taken to collect aged debt.
Minimum skill requirements
* 3 years’ experience within a credit control role or experience in dealing with age debt (3 years)
* Excel intermediate
* google sheets (preferred)
