£24/25k + benefits
As part of a professional team, you will be working with a variety of Clients and be supported by a team of Cash allocators. Your role will involve collections by phone, sending statements to Clients, making follow up calls and working with the Account Managers to ensure collection is effective and monies collected meet all defined deadlines and KPIs. The Sales Ledger team will support you with all administrative duties relating to running and effective sales ledger including allocating all monies received. To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate effective Credit Control skills, be able to liaise with internally and externally, demonstrate strong relationship skills and work in an extremely busy forum.
