- Credit Controller - To maximise cash collection by providing an efficient Credit control service both internally and externally and offering customer service excellence throughout
Job duties:
- Collect overdue debt via phone , email and letter
- Build and develop strong customer relationships
- Credit notes / Invoices
- Query resolution
- Account reconciliation
- Debt reporting
- Ad hoc administration work
