Graduate Data Analyst

On behalf of a business based in the centre of Reading I am recruiting for a Graduate Data Analyst to join their expanding team.

Client Details

My client has a number of market leading products and are looking to expand their into a number of different product lines.

Description

The successful applicant for this role will be responsible for the following:

• Working with the sales teams to monitor and analyse customer accounts to report on activity and KPI's
• Working with internal departments to retrieve company assets from closed accounts
• Uncover underlying business matters that may need to be addressed and determine causes and trends related to the loss of company accounts and or profitability
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Liaise with internal and external departments to fully understand data content
• Analyse the Company attrition rate
• Diagnose gaps in performance or activity and provide reasoning with actionable suggestions to address them;

Profile

The successful applicant for this role must posses the following background:

• Educated to a degree level in a numerical subject
• Intermediate excel skills including the ability to perform Vlookups and Pivot Tables
• Excellent interpersonal skills
